If you wish to begin therapy (individual or couples therapy), I recommend booking well in advance, at least two months ahead, with a minimum of one week between each session.
Booking your session ahead of time ensures that you secure the time that works best for you, and that your therapeutic journey will not be interrupted.
Scheduling in advance allows you to plan your therapy with flexibility and convenience, giving you priority in choosing your preferred location and slot.
Booked sessions can always be canceled with 72 hours’ notice, should you no longer need them or choose not to continue.
